Customer Service Personnel

We are in need of customer service personnel to be stationed in our Lagos Office in Nigeria.

Job Description: As a customer service personnel you will be required to 

  1. Have a good knowledge of computer usage, and high level use of the internet. You must be very conversant with all Microsoft office applications (word, excel, power point) and various email applications.
  2. Must have a good command of the English language with  a clear and distinct voice to interact with customers daily.
  3. Must have an analytical mind with the ability to prioritize various tasks and still perform all satisfactorily.
  4. Must be able to handle various low level mathematical calculations. As a requirement, must have at least a "C" grade in secondary school (SSCE).
  5. Must be able to type fast on the computer, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. 
  6. Must be able to work in a team environment, with the ability to communicate with members from various departments.
  7. Must be able to work day or night shift as needed.

Educational Requirements: As a customer service personnel, you will be required to have the following educational accomplishments.

  1. A verifiable graduate (University) or Polytechnic (HND/BTech or OND level) degree in any course from a Nigerian school.

Required Experience: No past customer service experience is required, but previous experience will be desirable and advantageous for the position. All required training will be provided within the first two weeks of employment.

Salary Expectations and Work Environment: Salary will be competitive and inline with what is offered by other major companies for the same position. The company provides free lunch on a daily basis to all employees.

Old Vacancies

We seek Marketing Officers that will promote our services. This will involve marketing existing products, developing new products to cater for consumer demand, or developing markets for new products and services.

Marketing officers are to perform the following tasks:

  • Identify and analyze potential customers/markets and respond to opportunities in the marketing environment.
  • Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting, targeting markets to promote products and services to those markets.
  • Manage distribution channels to supermarkets and stores.

Required Experience

1-2 years of field marketing experience – previous experience in similar industry will be of added advantage to applicants. Other required trainings will be provided within two weeks of employment.

Academic Qualification

  • Have a degree/HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and other social sciences from a reputable Nigerian university.
  • Have a good knowledge of computer usage and high level use of internet. You must be very conversant with all Microsoft office applications (word, excel, power point) and various email applications.
  • Must have a very good command of English language.

Personal Requirement

  • Strong organizational and time management skills and must be a resident of Lagos.
  • Must have local intelligence (familiar with Lagos environs).
  • Must have an analytical mind with the ability to prioritize various tasks and still perform all duties satisfactorily.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (clear and concise).
  • Ability to type fast on computer with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. 
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, with the ability to communicate with members from various departments.
  • Ability to multi task.

Sales Executive

We are in need of Sales Executives to be stationed in our Lagos Office in Nigeria.

Job Description: As a sales executive you will be required to 

  1. Have a good knowledge of computer usage, and high level use of the internet. You must be very conversant with all microsoft office applications (word, excell, power point) and various email applications.
  2. Must have a good command of the English language with  a clear and distinct voice to interact with customers daily.
  3. Must have an analytical mind with the ability to prioritize various tasks and still perform all satisfactorily.
  4. Must be able to handle various low level mathematical calculations. As a requirement, must have at least a "C" grade in secondary school (SSCE).
  5. Must be able to type fast on the computer, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

Salary Expectations and Work Environment: Salary will be competitive and inline with what is offered by other major companies for the same position. The company provides free lunch on a daily basis to all employees. As a new sales hire, you are started on a monthly salary of #50,000 and will also be given travel and phone allowance as needed. This is in addition to a generous commission structure that generates an average of #70,000 to most sales personnel, and a lot more based on actual performance. 

Candidates who perform as expected within the first 4 months of employment will be promoted to sales supervisors and will be required to manage a team of at least five new sales people under them. As a sales supervisor you will be provided with an official car, increased salary of #90,000 monthly, normal comission on sales you generate, and flow down comission sales from members of your team.
