Q1) What will my warehouse address look like.

Your US address will be of he form:

These are real warehouse addresses and not just a P.O Box. All online stores/ shipping companies can deliver your items to these addresses.

Q2) Can my address be used for all stores/websites in these locations?

Yes, your address can be used to make purchases on all stores in these locations. The stores will deliver to your address, while we update your warehouse and ship to your location.

Q3) What type of accounts are available for E-Procure?

There are three types of E-Procure accounts. You have the personal, premium and business accounts. Each one has its advantages, and the best savings can be achieved by selecting the correct account for your particular shipping circumstance. We how ever recommend the premium account as it offers the best overall savings for individuals, and the business account for businesses. Q4) Can my company have a warehouse address?

Yes. Your company can have a warehouse address as well. They will still be required to complete the form 1583 if shipping from the US. 

Q5) How long does it take for my account to be activated?

Your account after been reviewed is activated within 24 hours or less, and also when payment has been confirmed for premium and business account. Once activated, you will see a link that says "My Warehouse" at the right corner of your page. Click on this link to reveal your warehouse address, and other details of your account.

Q6) Can l switch to a different account if l desire?

Sure. You can move from a Personal account to a Premium or Business account, by clicking the upgrade button if you desire. Any difference between the value left on your old account will be refunded to you after full payment is made for the new account. Hence if you paid for a Premium account, and still have 6 months left of it, we will refund the cost for 6 months to you after full payment is made for the new account.

Q7) What is form 1583?

The United States Postal Service mandates this form to be filled by customers who want us to receive packages on their behalf. This is a mandatory requirement and can not be waved. The good news is that it takes only a few minutes to complete. We will need two original of this form sent to us. If you have signed up and not filled this form, please click here to download it now. Please note that this form is required by the United States Postal Service for us to receive mail and packages for you. Form 1583 is a legal requirement that cannot be waved under any circumstance. The law mandates us to keep originals of this form on file, thus we can’t accept a faxed or e-mailed copy. Please send two original copies of Form 1583 along with copy of an ID (international passport, driver’s license or national ID card) identification to us within 45 days of your account been activated. Simply fill it and mail it to us using regular post office mail.

Instructions On Completing The Form 1583

Personal/Premium Accounts:

If signing up for a Personal or Premium account, only fill sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 15, 16. It only takes about 2 minutes to complete.

3 - Fill in your US assigned address here. (As shown in Q1)

4 - Fill in your US assigned address here. (As shown in Q1)

5 - Fill in "YES" here, so we can receive all mails on your behalf, and sign for them on your behalf. If you select "NO", mails from the USPS that require a signature cannot be received by us on your behalf.

6 - Fill in your name here.

7 - Fill in your home address here.

8 - Attach 2 types of identification as specified. One can be a National ID card (or something that has your picture on it), and the other can be any other identification.

15 - Have a notary public (lawyer) sign here, to show that they verified the information you have submitted. You can also have this section signed by a staff in any of our local offices if you prefer.

16 - Fill in your signature here.

Business Account:

You will need to complete all sections, i.e. 1 to 16. - It only takes about 3/4 minutes to complete. Complete the necessary company information as required.

Q8) How many people can receive items on my account?

Each E-Procure account is valid for a family i.e. husband and wife. When an account is used by others who are not family members, with different names, a charge of $9.99 will be applied to each shipment for which this occurs. This is to prevent confusion between names and unit numbers, as these are verified for each shipment been dispatched out.

Q9) how do l send my purchases to my warehouse address?

Simply use your warehouse address as the shipping address for your purchase on the US/UK/China store/site. An example of how to do this is shown below.

Q10) How long does it take for my warehouse to be updated?

Each time an item is received on your behalf, it is updated within 24 to 36 hours, and you are immediately notified via email of the arrival of your items.

Note: This is applicable for the US location.

Q11) What phone number and email address do l use on websites that requests for a number?

You are to use your own phone number and email address and not our official phone number/email address. This is because only you know the details of what you are buying, and it is better for the merchant to call you directly if they have questions. We can only explain to the merchant that we help in forwarding the items to you, and cannot provide specific details as to your payment method or other questions the stores may have.

Q12) How long after my items arrive are they shipped out?

Items are shipped out as soon as payment is made for the invoice generated. The ship out days depends on the shipping option selected. Shipments are prepared for shipping based on the items you selected to ship out. Once a shipping invoice is generated, you will be automatically notified via email, and will need to click on "Make a Payment" from your account to pay for the shipping. 

Q13) How long can items be held in my warehouse, before they must be shipped out?

Items are held for up to 21 days free of charge before they are shipped out. However, if you request, we may still hold items longer, but there will be a storage charge of $0.1 per pound for shipment held over 21 days.

We can ship to all countries worldwide, and the list of available countries are been updated to our system each day.

Q15) what are the shipping rates for my purchases?

Sample shipping rates can be obtained by clicking on the "Get a Quote" button on our site.

Q16) how are my packages shipped?

Your packages are shipped using various sources, but in all we always ensure we use the cheapest possible option to ship for you.

Q17) what is your repackaging service, and how much does this cost if l request for it?

Repackaging is a free service we offer to reduce your total shipping cost. All you need to do is log into your account and click on shipment settings to inform us on how you want your shipment packaged. We repackage items received from different stores within a given shipping cycle and ship them as one. Our shipping cycle varies depending on the shipping option chosen. A shipping cycle is the length of time before we make shipments to a certain location. This is very similar to our consolidation service, only that consolidation involves having items combined which exceeds the shipping cycle for a given destination.

Q18) what is consolidation, and how much does it cost if l request for it?

Consolidation involves us receiving items from different stores, and combining them to be shipped out as one package. This service is absolutely free for all accounts.

Q19) what policy guides my shipment?

All shipments to you under your E-procure account are bound by our normal shipping terms and conditions.

Q20) Some online stores still refused my credit card. What do l do, as l really need the product?

We offer a Personal Shopper service that is integrated into your E-procure account. Simply click on the "procurement" option on your account. Fill in the details of what you need. Once it is reviewed and found to be okay an invoice is generated for you. Items are procured after payment has been made and will be shipped to you once payment for shipping is received. This service offers the lowest processing cost which is as low as 6%.

Q21) How do l insure my shipment, and is it necessary to insure?

Insurance is mandatory for all shipments to cover for unforeseen circumstances that may occur.Insurance cost is just 1.75% of the cost of your items.

Q22) Can my E-Procure account be used also for Ocean shipments?

Yes. Your E-Procure account can be used for shipments via Ocean, and can be used for any purchases up to cars. We may not store items that are extremely bulky. In such instances (very bulky items) we will notify you and ship them out almost immediately. 

Q23) When will my ocean shipment be shipped out after payment?

Your ocean shipment will be shipped out when the container is filled up. It takes within 2 to 3 weeks for a certain container to be shipped out from the US warehouse. (Please note this does not apply to RORO cars)

Q24) What can I do if I make a purchase from a fraudulent website in China or US and no item was delivered to my warehouse?

Ans: Please verify the site before any purchase or better still buy from our preferred merchants http://www.shoptomydoor.com/Preferred_Merchants.html

Q25)What should I do to verify the authenticity of the website am purchasing from?  

Ans: Check if the web address starts with https://

Call, chat or email them with the contacts provided

Find out if the site is having SSL certificate.

Q26) Do you have list of recommended websites?

Q27) Can I buy goods from different countries (e.g India, Europe) where I have no warehouse address and still ship to my warehouse in China, US or UK.

Ans: Yes you can. All you need to do is to give you designated warehouse address to the merchant you are making purchases from to have your items delivered to for onward shipping down to your location

Q28) Is there any charges associated with the account created or expiration of my account?

Ans: We offer a free personal account to all our customers   on sign up. However with the premium and business accounts which you get certain discounts on their shipping cost there is a subscription fee

Q29) Is there any other hidden charges.
