  3. We will provide you with prices, shipping cost and any other cost to deliver the equipment to your final destination, with details of delivery time frames.
  4. Once an agreement is reached, you will be required to make payment.
  5.  Items are procured by us, shipped and will be delivered to you within the agreed time frame.
  6. Full payment for the issued Procurement quote (service charge inclusive) must be made before we go ahead to buy any equipment.
  7. $100 non-refundable fee in case quoted equipment is sold off and a customer opts for cancelation.
  8. Urgent purchase attracts $200 surcharge

ANSWERS

Q1) How much do l pay for you to procure Equipment for me.

You pay the actual cost of the equipment, and related shipping or moving cost to move it to the ports. In addition, we charge a token known as service charge which varies with the equipment worth. Please refer to the table above for details.

 Q2) When do l pay for the procurement.

The cost of procurement is paid in full before the equipment is procured.

Q3) I want my equipment inspected before purchase. Is there a charge for this.

Yes.  For used Equipment purchased from dealers, there is a non refundable $200 inspection fee per equipment within the Houston area. Inspection outside Houston cost $250. All inspection is done by well trained and certified mechanics for the equipment of your choice.

Q4) What happens after my equipment is purchased. What do l get.

Once your equipment is purchased, you will get more detailed pictures of the equipment. This is emailed to you within 48 hours of buying the equipment.

Q5) Where is the best place to buy my equipment.

There is really no best place to buy an equipment. You can buy anywhere in the US. We however recommend you buy in Houston, Texas, or preferable 30 miles of zip code of 77036. This is the location of our office, and Equipment bought in Houston can be delivered to our warehouse cheaply in preparation for export. Equipment bought in other locations, will have to either be moved to our facility for loading or moved over greater distances to the port, and all these moving equipment will be paid for by the buyer. 

Q6) What documentations do l get with my equipment purchase and shipping.

You get all documentation associated with buying your equipment. Once shipped, we will send all shipping documents to you as well to enable the equipment to be cleared through the ports. If you want us to handle the clearing, then we will hold to these documentation that are needed for the clearing, but your invoices will all be sent to you.

Q7) How do l pay for my equipment.

Payments have to be made into local banks where we have established partners, or wired to us. Unfortunately due to the cost, equipments more than $2500 can not be paid for online.

Q8) Are your equipment shipping costs cost negotiable.

We will give you the best price from the beginning, but will offer more discounts if you have lots of items to ship.

Q9) Does Any Insurance policy cover my equipment in case of damage in transit.

Insurance coverage is separate and is billed at 1.5% of the equipment value, and it covers your equipment from the point we pick it up till its delivered to you. If we are clearing on your behalf, it covers you from when we pick it up till the equipment is handed over to you. If we are shipping only, then it covers you until the day the ship berts at the port.

Q10) What are your terms and condition of shipping

Our terms and conditions of shipping equipment procured through us is the same as our normal terms and condition of shipping any other equipment delivered to us. Please go to terms and conditions for details.

Q11) Is the dealer price listed online negotiable.

Most prices listed by dealers online are their best possible prices. However some are negotiable and we will always negotiate for the lowest price when buying. As our process is transparent, we will always include copies of your final invoice so you see what is been used to charge you the 7% processing fee.

Q12) How long does it take for the equipment to get to its final destination.

Shipping time frame depends on the selected method of shipping. From the date the ship sets sails, RORO method will usually arrive within 2 to 3 weeks to the destination portand container shipping will arrive the destination port within 21 to 40 days.

Q13) Can you pick up my equipment of choice form any location in the US.

Yes we can pick up your equipment from any location in the US.

Q14) Is there a deposit required for a dealer to reserve an Equipment for me, and why?

So many other buyers are also interested in the equipment you are interested in, and the dealers will always sell to the first person to make payment. In order to reserve the equipment, dealers will want to see a non refundable deposit of anywhere from $500 to $10,000 depending on the cost of the equipment. Once an equipment is still available in the US and you make payment to us, we immediately place a deposit on the equipment while the funds are been cleared and transferred to make the final purchase.

Q15) Must l have an E-Procure account for you to procure Equipments for me. 

No it is not required. But as a thank you gift, once you buy a equipment from us, we set you up on a free 6 months premium E-Procure account. This you can use to make purchases of other items as you like.
